One of the biggest new additions to Season 4 is the new map, Arsenal. Arsenal is a medium-sized map set in a military base, and it features a variety of different environments, including buildings, open areas, and a train. Another new addition to Season 4 is the Ground War: Skirmish mode. Ground War: Skirmish is a new 10v10 mode that takes place on the new Arsenal map. In Ground War: Skirmish, teams will battle to control a series of objectives on the map.

Two new modes have also been added to Call of Duty Mobile in Season 4:
- Ground War: Skirmish: This new mode is a hybrid of multiplayer and battle royale, and supports up to 100 players.
- Knockout: This new mode is a fast-paced, 4v4 team deathmatch where players can respawn after being eliminated.
